Get your Kids Ready to Move!

These are FUN, easy, quick sounds to ‘wake up’ the body and senses and to help children get Ready for Rhythm.

Children should move often during the day. They shouldn’t be sitting at desks working for most of their school day. They shouldn’t be sitting working or playing on screens for most of their day. Regular, repetitive, frequent movement is essential for brain and body integration. Highly structured, rhythmic movements are some of the most effective types of movements if children do them a few times every day.
